Michael graduated from the University of California, San Diego (U.C.S.D.) and subsequently earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from California Western School of Law in San Diego. He immediately became a Corporate Consultant for International Author and Speaker, Anthony “Tony” Robbins. Michael was trained by Robbins in the art of Neuro-Associative Conditioning (NAC), the Psychology of Influence, and DISC Behavioral Science.
Under the tutelage of Robbins, Michael consulted and worked as an Executive Coach for Fortune 500 Companies across North America. Becoming one of the youngest Executive Coaches in the Robbins Results Coaching Company, Michael had already earned a reputation as a straight-shooting, passionate advocate for his coaching clients. As the leader of the Robbins Coaching Program, Michael oversaw the growth of the client base swell to over 5,000 professionals before he went out on his own.
Michael’s impressive client-base reads like a “Who’s Who in Corporate America.” With a list of corporate executives, professional athletes, celebrities and even teenagers seeking that “next level,” Michael focuses on results and accountability. One client stated, “Having Michael as my Coach is like having insurance for my success.” He appears regularly on national and local media outlets like Fox News, CNN, Headline News to comment on topical issues such as the Tiger Woods scandal to the affects of social media in relationship building.
Michael’s speaking style has attracted the likes of corporations seeking to teach their employees success skills, influence, leadership and behavioral understanding. He has delivered over 1,200 corporate speaking events as both a keynote speaker and a corporate consultant.
Michael is also an avid writer, contributing pieces to recognized magazines and his next book is due out in June of 2010 with renowned speaker and author, Dan Lier.
